John Newton, facilitator

John Newton is one of Australia’s most awarded and [modest] food writers. He has produced numerous books on food and cooking, including: Wogfood, The Man Who Painted Women, Food: The Essential A-Z Guide and, he also collaborated with Stefano Manfredi on: Fresh From Italy. With excellent taste and a passion for food, it is an obvious, natural step for John to have cultivated a healthy interest in the quality of food Australians eat, and the methods farmers use in producing their yields.
