Meet The People

Ian Campbell

Ian has a degree in Rural Science and a Diploma in Nutritional Medicine. He has worked as a rural consultant for 12 years advising farmers on how best to feed their animals: namely cattle. Ian worked in the United Kingdom and South America for two years as a cattle nutritionist. In 1999 he began the conversion of his family’s dairy farm in Murgon, QLD  to organic.  In March 2002 Ian began Barambah Organics which is currently producing milk, cream, butter, brie and yoghurt, and is supplying over 40 cafes in the Brisbane area and over 100 stores on the east coast of Australia.
